Armageddon Comes

Take a deep breath of air, taste the remorse in it

That you got the world you wanted, with no divine source in it

We forgot what to believe when we learned the language of lies

What a tangled web we weave, when we stop praying to the skies

This may not be the world that you find appealing

The world is looking back at you and it’s a mutual feeling

So you can either change for the world

Or be strange for the world

Or be the one who tries to rearrange the whole world

People do the former, it doesn’t make a difference

You’re just another conformer, waiting for deliverance

And to the God we misplaced, the earth prays for more meteors

After the human race, it begs for more dinosaurs.
